British new ravers Klaxons are close to finishing their new record, their sophomore follow up to their explosive debut Myths of the New Future. They've posted a track called "Flashover", and it's the usual brilliant noise you can expect from these lads, but you can hear a bit of label influence because of the defined poppy undertones. Universal had wanted them to have a more accessible sound, which their initial recordings of the second record weren't so much, so they tinkered quite a bit according to NME.
Check it out, and tell us what you think.
