The Futureheads

A band that has had its up and downs sound-wise since their self-titled debut in 2005, these lads went back to their post-punk roots with their newest record The Chaos.  The end result is Brit pop-punk at its best.  They are pure electric, jumping cables with short ditties that have enough in them to charge up a Tesla Roadster even if they do clock in at 2 to 3 minutes, a trademark of the Futureheads.

Although their lead single may be a little misleading in terms of their sound, because they are literally everywhere, it still channels the melodic energy of the album. Post-punk revival at its best.
