"Start it Up"-Lloyd Banks feat. Kanye West, Swizz Beatz, Ryan Leslie and Fabolous

G-Unit's best (sorry 50 Cent, Jay-Z's a dollar) put out this track on Monday and it's polarizing. Swizz Beatz' phat beat is nearly obscured by terrible stupid dumb synths, but Lloyd Banks and Kanye bring it on their verses (the highlight being Ye's "Beauty is why God invented eyeballs/And her booty is why God invented my balls") but Fabulous steals the show in the first half of his-until the beat slows him down and fucks it all up. Can we give Swizz Beatz money not to make beats?

Parody. Let's sound it out now. Par-uh-dee. Do we all understand what this means? I mention this only because the "Beamer, Benz, or Bentley" remix furor on 2 Dope Boyz has gone on far too long. About three weeks ago, Joell Ortiz's par-uh-dee video of the ubiquitous Lloyd Banks single ("Nissan Honda Chevy") dropped, exactly two days before "Beamer". And apparently people thought Joell was trying to steal Lloyd's thunder, except it was a joke. And I quote:

Is this shit even allowed?!
How the hell do they get a vid out before Banks.
Basically hijacked his single and ran with it.
If I were Banks, I’d sue.

If megastars Lloyd Banks and Juelz Santana can't get a video out in a timely fashion, that's their fault. Should Joell wait to release it? Silliness in hip-hop is a rare commodity, and so it is like a spring flower – it must be nurtured or else it will die.
