Instrumental shred group Animals as Leaders have released a new track peculiarly titled "Wave of Babies." Despite the weird song name, the music is nothing to laugh at. After a brief, glassily clean chord progression, the band jackhammers the most intense 8-string churning this side of Meshuggah I've heard in a while. The rest is total insanity as guitarist Tosin Abasi winds through some twisted leads. A couple of ridiculous passages take off around the 2:50 and 3:24 marks.
