Throwback Thursday - The Pipettes

Remember these chicks? I'll be the first to admit that I completely forgot about the 2006 album We Are the Pipettes until they came up on shuffle the other day. How could I forget? It's nothing short of brilliant pop music: obnoxiously loud garage rock drum fills, Phil Spector's signature wall of sound as reimagined in the 21st century, and, here's the kicker, the female equivalent of the adlibs in T.I.'s "What You Know". For those who can't be satisfied by the Dirty Projectors females' lack of dancing, I give you this.
