Brooklyn based borderline absurd rap trio Das Racist has me potentially reassessing who the best artist to come out of Wesleyan University is. Their mixtape, Shut Up, Dude contains enough blubbering, word associations and preposterous hooks to get you through the whackest days at work. Best of all, the beats are dope, ranging from 80s style bangers to Detroit techno to tasteful chipmunk sampling to a few rhymes over Ghostface's "Nutmeg".
