Kele Okereke Has Gone Solo

The Bloc Party frontman has a new solo project under his own name.  If you're a Silent Alarm purist, then I wouldn't want to spoil your naïve ears with his new slappin' XXXchange(Spank Rock)-produced track "Tenderoni".  It's more electro than any Bloc Party track, but don't worry, his voice hasn't changed.

The lead track is a dark underground London rave. There are flashing green lasers, bright white lights, and psychedelic-infused dancing.  It's one part Prodigy and two parts Steve Aoki, finishing with a nice light keys outro. Killer.



The Boxer drops June 21st.
